"Hi there,  I was quite concerned at how I was going to send flowers to my daughter from the UK to Australia, as we've had some unsatisfactory experiences with our national Interflora service (let alone attempt an international one), but you couldn't have made it any easier!!  Your website was extremely user friendly and we were able to sit here in the comfort of our home on a Sunday afternoon and place the order.  We actually thought it would take a few days to process but to our surprise we received your email this morning to say it had been delivered... what amazing customer service.  And she's also sent us a text to say how thrilled she is with the flowers and box of goodies.
