Delivery Information

Your flowers will be hand delivered with a smile by our dedicated courier service in one of our liveried delivery vans.  We believe in offer true flower value and do not build delivery into the price of our flowers.  That way you get better value for your buck!

Online orders are checked for availability before manually processing your credit card, during shop hours 9.00-5.00 Mon to Fri and 9-1pm Saturdays. Orders received outside of these times will usually be processed the next working day. In some instances your order may be relayed with another florist. If you have an urgent order or are looking for delivery outside of normal working hours,  give us a call - we will do our utmost to help you out!

When we receive your order we will send email confirmation that we can deliver as requested. In some cases, flower orders received for outer suburbs, may be relayed to a network florist closer to the recipient.

Deliveries on Sundays and Public holidays or specific times will be at our discretion.

Deliveries to unattended addresses are left at the front door in a safe spot. If items are undeliverable due to incorrect address or inaccessability, redelivery fees apply.
